That’s where I come in. My name is Olivier, and I’m a Work Guide who helps you align the work you do with your true self. My approach is rooted in principles found in nature.

I spent over twenty years as a top creative executive in advertising, guiding major projects and leading teams for various corporations. Despite the success, I felt lost and disconnected because the work I was doing went against everything I stood for. I sank into a deep depression. There had to be more than the soul-sucking, empty work I. was doing. But what? I was terrified of leaving an extremely comfortable situation, but it was either my work or my life. Guess what I chose?
During my journey, I discovered I wasn’t alone; many people were grappling with a similar challenge. With the help of colleagues and data from various industries, I found a common issue among working professionals: we were doing work that went against our true self.
Inspired by nature, neuroscience, and thought leadership, I created a new approach to work and turned it into an educational business. Since then, I’ve been helping individuals and business owners transform their work lives.
